What to expect

A person reads every message – there is no ticket queue and no bot on the other end. We usually reply within a couple of working days. If your note is about a purchase or your licence, it helps to write from the email address you bought with.

Security reports go elsewhere. For vulnerabilities, please follow the disclosure path on the security page rather than this form. We treat security reports as a separate workflow with its own SLA.
